It was indeed an enriching experience. Until now I used to consider that all the material available on the Internet is free and open to all. Now after participating in this workshop, I got to know how to identify OERs, the different free tools available for creating OERs, the licensing process and the different types of licenses. I learnt how to edit audio/video files, how to embed PPTs with audio/video files. The time given for hands-on experiences definitely enhanced my skill of developing effective OERs. I have gained confidence in developing OER for the subject that I teach. Thanks to all the TLC members of the Department of Education Technology for providing such a wonderful experience.
