It was aimed that, at the end of the workshop, the participants will be able to:
- Identify educational resources under Creative Commons
- Search appropriate and useful OER of various types for their topics of teaching
- Use Instructional Design approach to design Open Education Course
- Develop OER modules by using various ICT tools
